IMET – BS 300 PLUS GH AUTOCUT BAND SAW

Versatile Band saw for cuts of small and medium batch production either mechanics or light steelwork up to 45° right and 60° left.

Automatic easy stops at 0°, 45°, 60°left and 45° right, and graduated plate to identify different angles.
Vice with adjustable guides, free to move alongside the worktable, with rapid approaching and clamping.
Blade guides with hard metal pads, additional bearing for blade alignment.
AUTOCUT GH Version with “3 Ways” selector:
- A Manual cut.
- B Self-brake manual cut.
- C Automatic cut with autonomous adjustable lowering and stopping microswitch at the end of the cut.
Rigid cast-iron saw frame with tubular section, pulleys 320 mm diameter and high blade tension 1700 kg/cm².
Wide working space 418 mm diameter with rotating table integral with the saw frame to avoid incisions of the table, rotation on thrust ring with pre-loaded thrust bearing.
Cutting Capacity: Rounds up to 255 mm, square up to 240 mm, and rectangular till 300×180 mm.
