PPT offers the service Technician and Engineering services on the range of with experience on the range CNC and standard machines listed on this website. We can through our contract team extend this range to earlier models of CNC controllers.

PPT provides machine breakdowns high priority to ensure that in the event of a breakdown, the customer is backed up and running as soon as possible.

PPT also provides service for fiber laser machined along with supply of Collimating Lens & Focusing Lens for Raytools fiber laser cutting head.

Spare Parts:

Our support relates to the Brands listed and PPT will use contact with suppliers to obtain replica parts or substitutes where such parts are no longer available.  Parts are supplied both ex-stock and indent.

Stocked spares are based upon usage demand and the cost to carry.  Some spares become semi consumable items and PPT attempts to carry stock to meet with demand.  Electrical spares often offer sourcing alternatives which PPT will source to specification.

Indent spares can be actioned on a high priority basis for breakdown support

Tooling and shearing blades are always supplied to a “as new” specification.

CNC monitor replacement / repair is offered where the brand is support by a specialist company in either New Zealand or Australia and will generally involve the ability to manage the controlling software

Machine Relocation:
PPT provides machine de-commissioning, relocation and commissioning services throughout New Zealand.

Preventative Maintenance:
PPT is also able to offer PMS (Preventative Maintenance Service) contracts to companies who want peace of mind in that “Prevention is better than cure” for a machine service on a regular basis.
